how we work

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED.

  • We believe in complete transparency. We provide detailed, line-item estimates so you know exactly what is included in your project scope before we start. This ensures there are no surprises as the work progresses.

  • Yes. Whether it’s a standard interior renovation or a complex heritage restoration project, we manage the permit application and coordination process to ensure all work meets local building codes and municipal requirements.

  • We treat your living space with the same respect we would our own. We implement rigorous dust control by sealing work areas with 5-mil heavy-duty plastic and delicate surface tape to prevent dust migration. We also utilize heavy-duty floor runners throughout traffic areas and ensure the entire site is thoroughly vacuumed daily to keep your home clean and functional while we work.

  • Clear communication is a core part of the SilverCrest experience. We establish a project timeline during the planning phase and provide regular updates so you are always informed about the status of your renovation.

  • Absolutely. As an owner-operator specializing in finish carpentry and restoration, we act as your lead partner. We coordinate with trusted plumbing, electrical, and other specialty sub-trades to ensure your entire project is executed with precision.

  • We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All of our projects are backed by a one-year workmanship warranty, giving you peace of mind that our finish carpentry and structural work is built to last. Additionally, if you encounter any issues with materials or products we have installed, we will actively assist you in navigating the manufacturer’s warranty process to ensure a resolution.
